Students and young professionals from Kosovo, Albania, Bulgaria, Greece, Serbia and Sweden are attending this 20th Camp, hosted by the Museum of Mitrovica and in partnership with Heritage Without Borders.

Continuing the work of last year’s camp in Mitrovica, this year’s program focuses on the basic principles of the preventative conservation of moveable objects.

The theoretical part of this Regional Restoration Camp incorporates the tools and techniques of conservation and documentation, while the practical exercises provide hands-on experience in areas such as condition assessment, material identification, surface cleaning, mounting, pest identification and interpretation of museum collections.
